We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

What you receive for donating $4.99 monthly: Zero banner ads, videos or interstitial popup ads inside The Coupons App. Keep in mind the nature of the coupon content itself is promoting coupons for stores or restaurants, free samples and magazines. You want those types of promotions of course, and they aren't affected by your subscription.• Length of subscription: $4.99 monthly

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the same terms and conditions will apply to each renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
What you receive for donating $99 yearly: Zero banner ads or interstitial ads inside The Coupons App + a brief 120 character message shown atop the app for 24hrs to all iOS users! Wish someone a happy birthday, propose that special someone in a uniquely personalized way. Your words are in control of that spot for the day! The message should not be business promotional, though unique exceptions may be made at our discretion, and may not contain inappropriate language. We will try to accommodate specific date requests to run your message, but as there may be only one shown each day this may not always be possible.
